Why did you decide to participate in the Mediana – Rising Future project?

– Because I think that this is an excellent project that includes current issues and offers me an exceptional opportunity to enter the field and gain insight into an extremely interesting and diverse world of market research.
– Because the analyst loves in me loves data.
– Because the creative side of me loves every challenge and finding concrete causes for problems.
– Because I’m naturally curious person.
– Because I realize that the experience is worth its weight in gold.
– And last but not least. I would be lying if I claimed that networking was not one of the reasons that turned the scales in favor of the project.

What do you think will take you away from participating? What are your expectations?

I think that:
– I will finally get an answer to the question that arose while learning the methodology from prof. Only Uhan and the basics of marketing and market analysis with prof. Katja Trop: “What does (what I’m learning) look like in practice?”
– I will expand my knowledge in the field of market research.
– I will gain valuable experience that will help me in the future.
– Opportunities for future cooperation are not excluded.
I have high expectations. But for myself.
I will do my best to help answer the questions that my clients fae by conducting market research.

Why did you decide to participate in the Mediana – Rising Future project?

I have often heard of Mediana in the media, most often on television, when they were doing exit polls. Their results and way of working seemed to me very interesting, innovative and well executed. Because I am interested in good research, I grabbed the opportunity with both hands to be able to work with them and learn from the best.

What do you think will take you away from participating? What are your expectations?

Above all, I will see how research is done in practice, what is the essential difference between theory and once you are “in the field” and it is necessary to get results with as little error as possible. So far, I have had the opportunity to work with people who have experience and knowledge in the field of research. This gives me the motivation to continue working together and I expect to learn useful skills for my future career path.

Why did you decide to participate in the Mediana – Rising Future project?

I decided to participate in the project for several reasons. Above all, I would like to highlight the desire to transfer the methods I encounter in college as a psychology student into practice, into research that I can design myself from the very beginning. The Rising future project is also a challenge for me, as I have never encountered market research, so it is a great opportunity to learn something new.

What do you think will take you away from participating? What are your expectations?

Above all, I expect to get an insight into how research planning works, what we need to pay attention to and how to solve the problem with which the client approaches us as effectively as possible.

Why did you decide to participate in the Mediana – Rising Future project?

The opportunity to step into the shoes of a true researcher, especially under the auspices of Mediana, is a tremendous opportunity for any curious and creative student. It is not often that young people have the opportunity to gain experience on real challenges and with real clients who are leaders in the field of sustainable development and social responsibility in Slovenia. Despite being a student of international relations, I found a great challenge in the project that I could not refuse – and it turned out to be a remarkable experience that brought many more innovative proposals and ideas than I could have initially imagined.

What do you think will take you away from participating? What are your expectations?

I have already gained a lot from the participation, even before the results of the first round of judging. The in-depth research of clients and their work in the field of social responsibility and sustainable development was an extremely interesting, at times also positively surprising, and instructive experience. I myself chose the SPAR Slovenia research brief as a challenge. Spar which is really exceptional in the FMCG field, so researching and planning innovative and strategic methods was both a great challenge and a great pleasure. I expect great results from the project in terms of recognizing and raising awareness of the importance of research in this field, as well as proof that younger researchers, whether we come from marketing, research or other background, represent a source of innovative ideas and new methods on social responsibility and sustainable development – both for consumers and researchers.

Why did you decide to participate in the Mediana – Rising Future project?

I applied because I wanted to test the acquired methodological and psychological knowledge in an actual research context and upgrade it. At the same time, the real research problem presented me with a challenge to test new research methods, which I incorporated into a comprehensive research plan. With this, I want to gain the most accurate insight into the way of decision-making and perception of users.

What do you think will take you away from participating? What are your expectations?

I expect to learn more flexible use of methodological approaches, face their shortcomings and learn about new dimensions of their use. At the same time, I expect to approach the answer to the question of how to use psychological knowledge for the most optimal results in the field of sustainable development and also how to use this knowledge to help orient the company in society and more environmentally friendly direction.

Why did you decide to participate in the Mediana – Rising Future project?

I decided to participate in the project Mediana – Rising Future because of gaining practical experience that I can still gain as a student in various projects and workshops that broaden my horizons. The whole project is superbly designed and is an opportunity I didn’t want to miss. I saw the project as particularly interesting because it touches on sustainable development and in a way raises public awareness.

What do you think will take you away from participating? What are your expectations?

It’s important to step out of my comfort zone and create something new, which is what led me to join in the project from the start.

Why did you decide to participate in the Mediana – Rising Future project?

I decided to take part in the Mediana – Rising Future project mainly to see what I am capable of and where I may need some more time to be able to show my knowledge in an appropriate way.

What do you think will take you away from participating? What are your expectations?

Mostly, I hope to come out of this with more experience. Above all, how to set up a project, learning new things that are outside of my current scope of knowledge. Of course, it is also valuable to see what it means to research at a professional level.

Why did you decide to participate in the Mediana – Rising Future project?

I decided to gain practical knowledge in the field of research. During our studies, we talked a lot about research plans and how research is conducted, but we never did any serious research ourselves.

What do you think will take you away from participating? What are your expectations?

I already knew Mediana and what they do. I believed that the project would be interesting and that participating in such a project would give me a lot of new knowledge, skills and acquaintances. I am currently learning in the first stage how companies approach research institutes with research problems and how to approach research by writing a research plan. In the second phase, research plans will also be implemented in cooperation with Mediana. I want to get to the second stage and carry out the project to the end.
